Had them replace the stair case railing and refinish the treads. work was clean and they knew what they were doing. was looking for a few options in Hanover Park before going with solid wood stairs and glad we did. Our railing was literally wobbling every time someone grabbed it going up the stairs. felt unsafe especially with older family visiting. Solid Wood came out and the posts were barely attached to the base anymore. they reinforced everything and replaced the railing with a thicker piece that actually feels secure. no more wiggle at all now

I got new oak treads installed over the existing stairs. the color match to the hardwood on the second floor landing is really close which is what i was hoping for. each tread fits snug and theres no squeaking when you walk on them. the nosing has a clean rounded edge too. looks like it was always part of the house.

They replaced our main staircase railing and balusters. The old ones were the basic builder-grade style that came with the house and looked dated. The new railing is solid wood with a darker stain that matches our floors. It feels sturdy when you grab it, not wobbly at all. The balusters are spaced evenly and the joints where everything meets the posts are tight with no gaps. It changed the look of the whole entryway honestly. Took them about three days to finish the install.
